Substance abuse prevention and treatment work! FGC recognizes the need to
actively educate the community on identifying and addressing the devastating
problem of substance abuse so that it can be prevented wherever possible and
promptly treated where needed. FGC provides education to community leaders,
educators, parents, health care providers, child welfare leaders and workers,
social service providers, and members of law enforcement and the criminal
justice system. FGC staff are available to give tailored community presentations
so that concerned members of the community are better equipped to identify
substance abuse concerns and facilitate coordinated access to appropriate
services.
