INITIATIVE
FGC’s Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) is a federally-funded program (funded by SAMHSA) aimed at expanding HIV and viral hepatitis testing to individuals with opioid use disorder. In addition to expanding access to testing services, the MAI program also provides Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) services for individuals who test negative but are at continued risk for HIV.
