TRANSITIONAL
SERVICES
FGC operates two short-term stabilization and transitional programs in Manteno and Springfield, Illinois, that provide housing, food, and stabilization support to individuals that have not yet received a substance use disorder assessment and are not enrolled in services. Individuals may stay up to five days before transitioning to treatment or other community-based services.
