  RIGHT TO REPORT

If you, or someone you know, are experiencing sexual abuse or sexual harassment, Family Guidance Center and the Bureau of Prisons want to know.       We want you to report right away! WHY?

  • We want to keep YOU safe; it is our Job! It is your right to be free from Sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
  • We want to conduct an investigation of the reported incident.
  • We want to hold the perpetrator accountable for his/her actions.
  • We want to provide YOU with relevant information and support services.

  HOW TO REPORT

FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER AND BUREAU OF PRISONS offer multiple ways to report sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Reports can be made anonymously.

  • Call Mrs. Walker BOP COS at 312 886-0166
  • Report to any staff member, Probation officer, medical or mental health staff.
  • Submit a grievance written or verbally does not have to be any specific form.
  • Report to the PREA Coordinator, or PREA Compliance Manager.
  • Tell a family member, friend, legal counsel, or anyone else outside the facility. They can report on your behalf by calling 630-271-8672 or 217 544-9858 ext 3112.
  • You can also submit a report on someone’s behalf, or someone at the facility can report for you using the ways listed here.

  • All inmates, residents, and detainees have the right to be protected from retaliation for reporting such incidents. If you feel that you are being retaliated against due to a report please contact Lisa Watson Retaliation Officer@ 217 544-9858 ext. 3119 and or Janice Hughes PREA Coordinator  @ 217 544-9858 118 ext. 3112.

Si usted o alguien que usted conoce está experimentando abuso sexual o acoso sexual, centro de orientación familiar y el Buró de prisiones quieren  saber. Queremos que informe de inmediato! ¿POR QUÉ?

  • Queremos para mantenerse a salvo; es nuestro trabajo! Es su derecho estar libres de Abuso Sexual y el acoso sexual.
  • Queremos llevar a cabo una investigación del incidente reportado.
  • Queremos responsabilizar al autor de sus acciones.
  • Queremos ofrecerle servicios de información y apoyo pertinentes.

  CÓMO INFORMAR DE

FAMILIA orientación centro y oficina de prisiones ofrece múltiples maneras de reportar abuso sexual y el acoso sexual. Informes se pueden hacer           anónimamente.

  • Llamar a Sra. Walker BOP COS en 312 886-0166
  • Informar a cualquier miembro del personal, oficial de libertad condicional, personal médico o de salud mental.
  • Presentar una queja escrita o verbal no tiene ninguna forma específica.
  • Informe al Coordinador PREA o PREA Compliance Manager.
  • Dice un miembro de la familia, amigo, abogado o cualquier otra persona fuera de las instalaciones . Puede informar en su nombre llamando al 630-271-8672 o 217 544-9858 ext 3112.
  • También puede enviar un informe en nombre de alguien, o alguien en la instalación puede informar para que mediante las formas enumeradas aquí.

  SERVICIOS DE APOYO DE LA VÍCTIMA
