Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our” is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We hope that this privacy policy helps you understand what kind of information we collect in connection with our website and how we use such information.
Information Collection and Use: We primarily collect information that you voluntarily enter on our website, including its “contact us” webpage. This information, consisting of your name, email address, and subject/message that you enter, is used to contact you, to respond to your specific request for information, or to otherwise respond to your inquiry. By filling in this online form, you are giving your consent to be contacted by us in response to your request. The information collected may be stored in a database, to assist us in responding to your specific inquiry. We also collect any location information that you may enter in order to help you locate facilities that we own or operate that are nearby your location. By entering your location, you are giving us your consent to use that information for this purpose. We do not sell or share the information that you provide us with advertisers. We may, however, transfer this information to a successor entity pursuant to a merger, or to a purchaser of substantially all of our assets. The website is not intended for, and we do knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13.
